These terms govern your use of TitleVerify and the services offered through it.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Agent accounts require a valid state real estate licence, which we verify before activation.
3. Listing information
Listings are supplied by third-party agencies. While we verify listings against agency records, we do not warrant that prices, measurements, inspection times or availability are error-free. Always confirm details directly with the listing agent before acting.
4. No professional advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, financial, taxation or valuation advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before entering into any property transaction.
5. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, republish or resell listing data, submit false enquiries, impersonate another person, or attempt to interfere with the platform's operation or security.
6. Intellectual property
All platform design, code, text and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. Listing imagery remains the property of the supplying agency.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to resupplying the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Changes and governing law
